Made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious!!! I did not have fresh Cilantro so I used part of a can of Rotel for the tomatoes, cilantro and lime. So easy and just right. Thank you for such and easy and yummy recipe.!

I liked your version and it is very good . I modified it the second time but added diced jalapeno peppers and instead of tomato I added about 1/2 Tsp. of Pace Picante . I think it was also very good . Added just enough heat .

Me and my friends were having a girls night and my friend made a whole taco bar and we were all supposed to bring something “taco related” And of course I’m the “last minute” friend. I made this right before I left and it’s so quick and easy. All of my friends told me it was so good! Thank you so much Laura, you are really great!
