This receipe was easy to follow and make! I tried several others, but the chickpeas never came out crunchy….I think the key is baking ‘naked’ first….Brilliant!
Thanks – I’ve changed up spices to make various savoury tastes, but this variation remains our favourite.

Pretty good, very crispy. I used my convection oven and adjusted/ shortened cook times. Flavor a little bland but maybe my spices weren’t as fresh as they should have been. Thanks for the excellent technique to achieve the crispyness.

The flavor is good, but mine shrunk down a lot! They look nothing like the photo even though I followed directions on the time. Did I roast them too long? (giving 5 stars for flavor, on the chance I should have removed them sooner.)
