In reply to Tina Ingram. Coriander is a plant, the spice is made of ground coriander seeds. You could omit it if you need to. You can also find it all major grocery stores or on amazon: Ground Coriander.

Hello Laura, Thank you for your efforts to create such a wide array of quality recipes. I don’t normally send ratings but, this chili is absolutely my new favourite (Canadian spelling)!!! My previous favourite stood by me for over 10 years. We recently visited the US and brought back some Kirkland Tortilla Strips (such a shame we can’t get them here), I served the chili over them with Cheddar cheese. Fantastic!
