Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe with explicit instructions for one who does not care for eggs (unlike Hubster who loves eggs). I have destroyed so many of these precious shelled delicacies attempting omelette making….alas, your recipe was found in my serious search and I am so thankful to you and your site as I am doing more in the kitchen for my family.

Great omelette recipe but you missed one important thing….add a little water to your eggs. The omelette won’t stick to the pan.
