Nope! You can try my classic Overnight Oats recipe that doesn’t use yogurt!

Yes they thicken overnight.

I had to add more oats to thicken it up. Are they supposed to mix and be runny and then solidify in the fridge overnight?

Hey David! I can go back and recalculate the nutrition information. A lot depends on the type of yogurt you use!

how do you get 8.7g of protein in your macro’s? when i did them, i got 41.2g for the rolled oats, greek yoghurt, and whole milk (20.6g per serving if you split the mixture in half.)
14g protein in 200g of greek yoghurt
18.9g protein in 135g of rolled oats
8.3g protein in 237ml whole milk.
so it would still be over 10g protein if you split it into 4.
great tasting recipe though. i don’t even add honey to mine <3
