This was good! I didn’t have a high powered blender so I used an immersion blender it worked but I would not recommend it. My smoothie had strings of pineapple, so if you have texture issues this may not be for you (unless you have a high powered fancy blender ). I omitted the vanilla and put a scoop of whey protein and split the recipe for just two servings. Eyeballed the pineapple because I don’t want more dishes it’s a smoothie I’ll definitely come back too!
