This recipe is EPIC! 3rd time making it and this time I’m putting it over brown rice, adding chicken (with leftover seasoning) and avocado. I like using fire roasted corn and yellow pepper instead of green. I also like making it with a Greek yogurt/mayo lime cream sauce drizzle. DELICIOUS!

This is now in our meal rotation! I triple the sauce though because it’s soo good and we drizzle it on top of each individual taco.

I love to cook and hate to write reviews. I also am the worst at recipe following. I followed this recipe exactly how it was written and I have to say that it is the best taco recipe to date at our dinner table. My husband agreed!
