My 1sr try, mine stuck to the baking sheet even though I greased the pan. I’m thinking maybe I should put some corn meal down first?

In my experience, the bread sticks to the parchment paper when it’s baked. This happens because the dough is boiled first and wet when put on the parchment paper. That is why I suggest heavily greasing or buttering the baking sheet, or using a silicone baking mat.

That is an excellent question Emma, no you don’t have to change the water bath if you double the recipe.

Do I have to double the baking-soda-in-water when doubling the recipe, though? I don’t want to use so much if the same amount as a single batch would work, especially since I wouldn’t boil them all at the same time! However if it does make a difference, I wouldn’t want to get that wrong either.
