You can use a springform pan – I think I’d suggest the 14″ and cook time should be similar. If you use a 9″ the cookie will be thicker and you will need to bake longer.

Can I use a spring form pan about a 9 inch or 14inch? And would the cook time be different?

I’ve been searching for years for the best recipe and this is it! I am now able to rest and not worry about how good my cookies will be! Thank you! You should have so many great reviews! Need to get noticed!

I have made a lot of the “top” bakers’ recipes for chocolate chip cookies and not only were they not good, but turned out very badly so that I felt not only embarrassed, but what a waste of ingredients and effort.

I made this recipe twice, once for my mother’s 80th birthday (I used a combo of white chips and Crazins) and then my husband for an early Valentine’s day gift. It was easy and the results are better than a store bought one.
I am not typically a baker. I found this recipe to be easy to follow and hard to resist eating.
Thanks for the recipe. It is a keeper.
