Made some with my eight year old son today (who followed all the instructions by himself, I only did the mixing and holding the bowl, so it is a very easy recipe!). I was really hesitant about pulling them out of the oven when they clearly didn’t look done. But trust the process and they turned out absolutely amazing! In the words of my son ‘these are the best cookies ever!’. Looks like this recipe will be the one and only from now on!

i never really review recipes on blogs, but omg omg omg! this recipe was perfection. for the first time in my entire baking life (which has been the last two weeks lol) my cookies aren’t so cakey and actually spread perfectly. miss girl you really ate that! and you are a lifesaver.

I hate making a full or half batch of cookies because I feel like I’m constantly cooking rather than eating and enjoying them hot out of the oven. This small batch recipe is perfect! Beautiful cookies that taste amazing! Sit down and enjoy the moment!
