Wow these are even better than the no-bakes I made as a kid and they have waaay less sugar which is great! I’m always looking for healthy gluten free sweet treats. Thank you for this awesome recipe! I’ve been sharing it with all my friends and family members.

A cookie with a creamy, fudge-like texture. My only complaint is that I should have doubled the recipe as they’re so delicious!
