Crumble an 8 oz block of feta cheese, making large pieces, into a food processor fitted with an “S” blade.
Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic and process until smooth.

Transfer the whipped feta from the food processor to a serving bowl.
Garnish with fresh dill and a drizzle of olive oil and serve with fresh veggies, pita bread, naan, crackers, etc.

Feta cheese. I recommend using a block of feta and crumbling it yourself.
Greek yogurt. sour cream works in place of greek yogurt.
Olive oil. avocado oil is a good substitute.
Lemon juice. freshly squeezed or bottled both work great!
Honey. I don't recommend substitutes for honey.
Minced garlic. If desired, substitute ½ teaspoon garlic powder for the minced garlic.
